The bed was very dirty with hairs of male and female,staff didn't even carry the luggage inside the room nor did they come and show the room,they just gave the key and told to go that particular floor to that particular room

Staff was good polite cooperative. Clean and hygienic rooms. AC cooling can be a bit improve. towel was provided on request.

the hotel staff is extremely professional and the you are offered every amenity in the hotel. It's a value for money deal. Fantastic stay.

Location was great, everything was nearby, receptionist was a bit too friendly at first but he was helpful. Amenities and services were good, they listened to me on one call. Over-all stay was good at that place!

The locality was good; but the rooms are not very clean and properly maintained. There is nothing in the name of amenities. The front desk guy was not at all flexible. He charged us for the stay of 2 year old baby as well - couldnt even give us clean water kettle- it was dirty and smelly. They had to be reminded for every single thing like towels, toiletries. The towels they gave us had holes in it - old and torn. Its the issue with fab hotels. Never booking it again
